The film follows the stages of homebuilding across several MNBE projects: excavation and footings in White Center and Bellevue, an insulated slab and concrete pours, framing and window installation, sheathing and a standing-seam roof, house wrap and fiber cement siding, then electrical and plumbing rough-in, insulation, drywall and cabinets.
Next come the finished rooms, the kitchens and bathrooms of our Redmond and Magnolia homes and two more of our bathrooms, and the finished homes from the outside.
It closes with construction-stage footage from a two-story DADU in Kirkland and a Kenmore home addition, followed by architectural renderings of The Court at 44th in Tukwila, in design as of October 2026, and of the proposed Kenmore addition.

This 91-second film combines MNBE job-site footage and project photographs with instrumental music and no narration. It opens on three side-by-side clips, digging, a concrete pour and wall framing, under the title From the first dig to the finished home. Eleven numbered stages follow across White Center, Bellevue and Magnolia in Seattle: excavation, footings and rebar, a pumped concrete foundation, an insulated slab, a slab pour, framing and window installation, sheathing and a standing-seam roof with a skylight, house wrap and fiber cement siding, electrical and plumbing rough-in, insulation and drywall in Redmond, and cabinets. Finished rooms come next: the Redmond kitchen and wet room with a soaking tub, the Magnolia kitchen and bathroom, two more MNBE bathrooms, then the finished Magnolia, Redmond and White Center homes from outside. Building now: framing on a two-story DADU in Kirkland and slab work on a Kenmore addition. Labeled renderings close the film: The Court at 44th in Tukwila by day and at night, and the proposed Kenmore addition.
