Adding space to a lived-in home means building around it. This addition brings a new primary suite, enlarges existing bedrooms on the upper and lower floors, and adds a new bathroom and a laundry room. The existing garage walls stay: the new structure ties into them instead of tearing them down.
The foundation phase is done: footing forms set tight against the house, rebar tied, stem walls poured, rigid insulation and the slab rebar placed, and the slab poured. Framing is next.
Aharon is supervising the build from excavation through final inspection, and this page grows with the project. New stages get added as the work happens.
