1. About MNBE

MNBE Construction & Development is a licensed Washington general contractor (license #MNBECCD770R9) based in Seattle, WA. We design, permit, and build new custom homes, attached and detached ADUs, and additions across King, Snohomish, and Pierce County. These Terms govern your use of our website at mnbe-wa.com and any communications you receive from us through it.

2. Use of the website

You may use this website to learn about our services, submit a project inquiry, schedule a consultation, and read our case studies. Do not use the website to scrape content, attempt unauthorized access, post malicious content, or otherwise interfere with normal operation.

The site's content (text, photos, graphics) is owned by MNBE Construction & Development. You may share links to public pages, but please do not republish our content as your own.

3. SMS messaging

If you check the SMS opt-in box on a contact form, you consent to receive text messages from MNBE Construction & Development at the phone number you provide. Messages are transactional and project related: replies to your inquiry, scheduling, and ongoing project communication. We do not send marketing or promotional broadcasts.

Message frequency varies based on the stage of your project. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

To stop receiving texts at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Opting out of SMS will not affect our ability to reach you by phone or email about your project.

Your phone number, the fact that you opted in to SMS, and any related opt-out information are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstance.

4. Inquiries are not contracts

Submitting a contact form is not a contract for construction services. Any project we take on requires a separate written agreement signed by both parties before work begins. Pricing discussed by phone, text, or email prior to a written contract is an estimate and not binding.

5. No warranty

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep information current and accurate, regulations, codes, and project costs change frequently. Information on this site is not legal, financial, or professional advice. Always confirm specifics with a qualified professional before making decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Washington law, MNBE Construction & Development is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our website based communications. Our maximum aggregate liability arising from website use is limited to the amount you paid to us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
