MNBE ADU Builders is the accessory dwelling unit arm of MNBE Construction & Development, founded by Aharon Ben Elisha, a working Pacific Northwest builder since 2006. As ADU demand exploded across the Eastside under Washington's HB 1337, we opened a dedicated Bellevue office so the team that designs, permits, and builds these homes is minutes from your lot, not across the bridge.
Everything that makes MNBE trusted carries over: one fixed price contract covering detached ADUs (DADUs), attached ADUs, basement conversions, and backyard cottages, permits handled in house at Bellevue Development Services, and the founder on your job site. All construction is performed by our licensed, bonded and insured affiliate MNBE Construction & Development LLC (WA #MNBECCD770R9). And if you would rather sell your unused yard than build on it, we do that too: we buy backyards.
