The lot is tight, so the film starts with digging it out, compacting the gravel base, setting steel in the footing trench and tying rebar over rigid foam before the slab pour.
The walls are framed on the slab and raised, the shell is sheathed, and a standing-seam roof with a skylight goes on. Inside, drywall; outside, red-brown panel siding.
It ends with the full kitchen, the spa shower, the gravel fire-pit lounge and the front of the home with its glass garage door. Completed in 2026.
This 56-second film combines MNBE construction footage and project photographs with instrumental music and no spoken narration. The opening sets the dug-out lot beside the finished Magnolia DADU. Excavation is followed by a compacted gravel base, steel in the footing trench, rebar over rigid foam, the slab pour and screeding, and the finished slab. The walls are framed on the slab and raised, the shell is sheathed, and a standing-seam roof with a skylight goes on. Drywall, red-brown panel siding and shower tile follow. The final scenes show the full kitchen, the spa shower, the gravel fire-pit lounge and the front of the home with its glass garage door.
