The film starts on the bare lot: excavation inside the tree protection fencing, footing forms and rebar in the trench, then the concrete truck and the stem walls.
Rigid foam goes under the slab and the slab is poured. The walls go up: the ground floor first, then the second-floor joists and the upper walls, followed by the roof trusses.
From above, the drone shows the two-story frame among the protected trees. It ends inside both floors and in front of the house, with the black windows in. The home is still under construction as of November 2026.
This 67-second film combines MNBE job-site footage, drone footage and project photographs, set to instrumental music with no spoken narration. It opens by setting the excavation beside the framed house. A mini excavator digs inside orange tree protection fencing, then come footing forms and rebar, the concrete truck behind the fence, concrete going into the stem wall forms, and the poured stem walls. Rigid foam is laid and the slab is poured. Walls are framed and raised on the slab, floor joists go over them, the upper walls are stood and plumbed, and the roof trusses are set. The drone looks straight down on the frame, then rises over the lot and the surrounding trees, and flies toward the corner of the house with its black windows. It closes on the ground floor, the upper floor under the trusses, the corner beside a large tree, and the front of the house, then an end card with the MNBE name, website and phone number.
