Aaron Elisha. Builder, license holder, and the person on every job site.
MNBE Construction & Development is a full-service construction company owned and managed by Aaron Elisha, who brings over 18 years of hands-on experience in residential construction, with a strong specialization in custom homes. Aaron has been a working builder in the Pacific Northwest since 2008 and holds Washington contractor license #MNBECCD770R9.
At MNBE, every project is personally managed by Aaron from the first consultation through final inspection. The license holder on the permit is the person on the job site. That accountability is how we hold timelines, hold budgets, and hold the quality bar.
For most of our clients, the process begins long before construction, at the planning and permitting stage. We provide comprehensive design and planning services tailored to each client's specific needs, whether the property is intended as an investment, a rental, or a family residence. Throughout the process, we focus on maximizing value while staying aligned with the client's budget.
We also offer a complete, streamlined experience by supplying all finish materials and guiding our clients through interior design decisions. From flooring and tile to cabinetry, fixtures, and final details, every selection is carefully curated to match the client's vision.
Our commitment doesn't end at handover. Aaron remains personally responsive to clients long after the project is finished, taking care of warranty issues and follow-up calls without delay.

One license. One responsible party.
Every MNBE project is supervised by Aaron personally. The license holder on the permit is the person on the job site. Not subbed out, not handed to a junior PM. When you call, you call him.

Fixed-price contracts, not hourly clocks.
After a free site visit and design conversation, we deliver a written fixed-price bid line by line. Permits, design, finishes, landscaping. No surprises mid-build, no open-ended billing.

Eighteen years of Seattle DCI and Eastside permit submittals. We know which corrections plan-checkers ask for before they ask, which is why projects in our office clear faster than the regional average.
