Most of our work happens between Bellevue, Kirkland, and Redmond on the Eastside, with regular projects in Seattle proper, on Mercer Island, and out toward Sammamish and Issaquah. We hold a Washington general contractor license (MNBECCD770R9) and we permit through King, Snohomish, and Pierce County offices.
If your lot sits outside that range, send the address anyway. We will tell you straight whether we can serve it.

Is the consultation actually free?
Yes. Free site visit, free zoning review, free feasibility conversation. We do not bill for the first meeting. We do not pressure for a contract. If MNBE is not the right fit for your project, we will tell you and recommend another path.

Do you have a minimum project size?
We focus on full-scope new construction, ADUs, and permit and design engagements. Small repairs and one-room handyman work are not our specialty, and we are happy to refer you to trusted local trades when that is what your project needs.

Where do you build?
King County (Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Mercer Island, Sammamish, Issaquah, Newcastle), Snohomish County, and parts of Pierce County. If your lot sits outside that range, send the address and we will tell you straight whether we can serve it.

What information should I bring to the first meeting?
Whatever you have. Lot address is the most useful single thing because it lets us pre-read the zoning before we walk the property. If you have inspirational photos, sketches, a budget range, or rough square footage in mind, bring that too. If you have nothing yet, bring the questions you want answered.
