MNBE Construction & Development is a licensed Washington general contractor (license #MNBECCD770R9) based in Seattle, WA. We design, permit, and build new custom homes, attached and detached ADUs, and additions across King, Snohomish, and Pierce County. These Terms govern your use of our website at mnbe-wa.com and any communications you receive from us through it.

You may use this website to learn about our services, submit a project inquiry, schedule a consultation, and read our case studies. Don't use the website to scrape content, attempt unauthorized access, post malicious content, or otherwise interfere with normal operation.

The site's content (text, photos, graphics) is owned by MNBE Construction & Development. You may share links to public pages, but please don't republish our content as your own.

If you check the SMS opt-in box on a contact form, you consent to receive text messages from MNBE Construction & Development at the phone number you provide. Messages are transactional and project-related: replies to your inquiry, scheduling, and ongoing project communication. We do not send marketing or promotional broadcasts.

Submitting a contact form is not a contract for construction services. Any project we take on requires a separate written agreement signed by both parties before work begins. Pricing discussed by phone, text, or email prior to a written contract is an estimate and not binding.

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. While we work to keep information current and accurate, regulations, codes, and project costs change frequently. Information on this site is not legal, financial, or professional advice. Always confirm specifics with a qualified professional before making decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by Washington law, MNBE Construction & Development is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our website-based communications. Our maximum aggregate liability arising from website use is limited to the amount you paid to us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is dated below. If we make a material change, we will update the date and, where appropriate, note what changed. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.
